I beg to move Amendment No. 71, in page 43, line 19, at end insert: (To be signed by the creditor, or by his agent, who will add his designation and the words ' Agent of the said AB '). Perhaps it would be convenient to take with it Government Amendment No. 74. Both are a fulfilment of a promise I gave in Committee.
