' due recording of an extract '.This is a drafting Amendment. It was the subject of a point which was picked up by the hon. and learned Member for Edinburgh, Pentlands (Mr. Wylie) in Committee. Unfortunately, his Amendment was not quite technically right. It is an extract of a decree which would be recorded, and the Amendment takes account of this technical point.
