§ Mr. BuchanI beg to move Amendment No. 62, in page 28, line 33, at end insert:
(2) In the said subsection, for the reference to forty days there shall be substituted a reference to twenty-one days.I am grateful to the hon. and learned Gentleman for what he has just said. Some of the points which we have made across the Floor both tonight and in Committee have been not only for our own benefit, but also for the use which they might be to interested persons outside who would read our debates. However, in view of his seductive promise, I do no more now than move this Amendment formally.
