HC Deb 07 May 1970 vol 801 cc584-5
Miss Devlin

On a point of order. I wish to seek your advice, Mr. Speaker, on a procedural matter.

Is it in order for me to raise a matter under Standing Order No. 9, in view of the Private Notice Question which has just been answered? If so, do I do it before or after business questions?

Mr. Speaker

The answering of a Private Notice Question in no way preempts an hon. Member's right to raise a matter under Standing Order No. 9. It is not raised at this moment. It will be raised, if it is to be raised, after we have dealt with business questions and any Ministerial statements.
