§ Mr. WinnickOn a point of order, Mr. Speaker. There seems to be some confusion over the answering of Questions Nos. 46 and 64. First, we were notified at about 10.45 a.m. that these Questions would be answered at the end of Question Time. Some of us took action which we cannot mention but of which you will be aware. Apparently a late message said that the Foreign Office had changed its mind. Since we have reached Question No. 46, would it not be possible for the Foreign Secretary to answer Question No. 64? Would you have any objection, Mr. Speaker?
