53. Spriggsasked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications what is the composition of the Post Office Board; and whether he is represented on it when negotiations are in progress with the Civil and Public Services Association.
§ Mr. StonehouseWith permission, I will circulate information about the composition of the Post Office Board in the OFFICIAL REPORT. The answer to the second part of the Question is "No".
§ Mr. SpriggsWill my right hon. Friend ensure that when talks are broken off between the board and the association they are continued?
