§ Mr. BrooksBut would not my right hon. Friend agree that this curious incident illustrates the wisdom of the advice 2 recently given by the Prince of Wales on the Welsh language? Would he not further agree that even if Welsh is the language spoken in Heaven, as he has sometimes assured the House, it will be hell for the rest of us if someone does not lay on translation facilities?
