Mr. BrownI am grateful to the right hon. Gentleman for that reply. I hope that this is an indication that he will be announcing proposals for the North-East. Does the Minister agree that the South-East is desperately over-crowded and that he would be doing a service to civil servants by giving them the opportunity to work in a delightful part of the country?
§ Mr. AmeryWe shall certainly give high priority to doing the best that we can to raise the position in the regions where employment prospects at present are most difficult.
