§ Mr. HeseltineIn the major debates we have made clear the importance we attach to infrastructure improvements. I very much doubt that there will be any actions that bring that policy into question.
§ Mr. JoplingIs my hon. Friend aware that whilst the road communications with Millom could probably be very much improved by building the Barrow link road, there are very serious objections in the Morecambe Bay area? Will he agree to a public inquiry now that he has heard of these objections?
