Before reaching a decision on the scheme submitted by the Greater London Council under Section 58(2) of the London Government Act, 1963, I shall need to consider any representations which interested bodies and members of the public may wish to make to me. For this purpose copies of the scheme are being made available for inspection by the public.
§ Mr. MoyleI am very grateful for that reply. Will the Minister undertake to receive a deputation from the trade unions on matters of promotion policy, negotiating machinery and the training scheme which the Greater London Council has maintained heretofore?
