§ Mr. MartenDoes the sum going for aid and help to Anguilla during 1970 include enough money for the training of Anguillans so that when the Government honour their obligation not to hand over the island to St. Kitts, there will be enough trained people to run the island on their own?
§ Mrs. HartWe recently sent out a regional technical assistance legal officer, we have a number of forms of technical assistance available, and are ready to consider other requests covering the matter the hon. Member suggests. We are anxious to help with training if we receive requests.
