asked the Minister of Transport if he will repeal Section 118 of the Road Traffic Act, 1960, and Schedule 12, which limit the conditions under which passenger service vehicles contractors can take employees to factories.

With less satisfactory bus services in many parts of the country now, owing to shortages, is not this legislation out of tune with the 1970's?
