Queen's Recommendation having been signified

Resolved, That, if by any Act of the present Session to prevent discrimination, as regards terms and conditions of employment, between men and women, provision is made for questions arising by reason of the Act (or by reason of provisions included in accordance with the Act in contracts of employment) to be referred to industrial tribunals established under Section 12 of the Industrial Training Act 1964, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any resulting increase in the amounts so payable under the enactments relating to those tribunals.—[Mr. Harold Walker.]
