Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority, it is expedient to authorize—

  1. (1) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament, or the payment into the Consolidated Fund, of any sums so payable under or in consequence of any provision of the said Act of the present Session;
  2. (2) the payment out of or into the National Loans Fund of any sums so payable under any provision of that Act; and
  3. (3) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase attributable to any provision of that Act in the sums so payable
    1. (a) under section 4(1) of the Atomic Energy Authority Act, 1954; and
    2. (b) under, or in respect of expenses incurred under, section 24 of the Nuclear Installations Act, 1965.—[Mr. Ridley.]
