§ The VICE-CHAMBERLAIN OF THE HOUSEHOLD reported Her Majesty's Answer to the Address, as follows:
§ I have received your Address praying that I will give directions for the presentation on behalf of your House of a gift of a Mace to the Legislative Assembly of Mauritius, and assuring 640 me that you will make good the expenses attending the same.
§ It gave me the greatest pleasure to learn that your House desires to make such a presentation and I will gladly give directions for carrying your proposal into effect.
