Gentleman recognise that the present system means that we book as public expenditure in respect of the C.D.C. positive sums when for many years the C.D.D. represents a net gain on public expenditure? Will he look into this matter to see whether an improvement can be made?
§ Mr. WoodIt would represent a fundamental change in the structure of the Commonwealth Development Corporation. I have not been convinced by any arguments that this would bring real gains in its train.
