§ Mr. HamlingIs the Minister aware that there is considerable disquiet amongst industrial civil servants in the Woolwich area, particularly in the former R.O.F., about their status, salaries, pension rights, and so on? What steps have been taken to follow up the representations made in the spring of this year?
§ Mr. HowellA number of steps have already been taken about superannuation, sick leave, and that kind of thing. The Government's general policy is to build on what is common between industrial and non-industrial civil servants.
