§ Mr. ConcannonOn a point of order. I understand that the Industrial Relations Bill has been presented to the House. I believe that it will not be available in the Vote Office until after midday tomorrow. May I have your guidance, Mr. Speaker? I have always understood that once a Bill has been presented we can go to the Vote Office and obtain a copy of it.
