Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, supported by Mr. John Diamond, Mr. Dick Taverne, and Mr. William Rodgers, presented a Bill to enable effect to be given to a proposed increase in the United Kingdom's quota of the International Monetary Fund and to provide for certain loans to that Fund to be made out of the National Loans Fund instead of the Consolidated Fund: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed.
