Amendments made: No. 104, in page 76, line 2, at end insert: 'or (c) any combination of provisions consisting of either—

  1. (i) provisions such as are mentioned in paragraph (a) above and provisions of one or more vesting orders under Part II; or
  2. (ii) provisions of two or more such orders.'.
