§ Mr. Secretary Stewart, supported by Mrs. Judith Hart, Mr. Dick Taverne, Mr. Evan Luard, and Mr. Elystan Morgan, presented a Bill to make further provision with respect to customs duty on hydrocarbon oils for the benefit of persons entitled to privileges under the Diplomatic Privileges Act 1964 or the Commonwealth Secretariat Act 1966, and to amend the International Organisations Act 1968 by including the Caribbean Development Bank among the organisations to which section 1 applies and by making further provision under section 2 with respect to vehicle excise duty: And the same was read the first time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed.
