§ 6. Mr. Speed
asked the Minister of Public Building and Works when he proposes to publish his Department's evidence to the Bolton Committee on Small Firms.

§ Mr. Loughlin
If the Committee wishes this evidence to be published I will readily consider it.

§ Mr. Speed
I thank the hon. Gentleman for that reply. In the evidence by his Department was reference made to the crippling burden of interest rates on small builders, who comprise about 80 per cent. of the building industry?

§ Mr. Loughlin
The evidence which we submitted to the Bolton Committee is now the property of the Committee. If the Committee wishes it to be published, we will publish it.
