I think that it would be for the convenience of the House if we also discussed Amendment 46.
These are two drafting Amendments made necessary because an additional subsection introduced in Committee be- 452 tween subsection (1) and what is now subsection (3) has made references to that Act ambiguous. These Amendments make it clear which Act is referred to.
