This is purely a drafting Amendment. It is really a question of the choice of an English word, and who am I, as a Welshman, to object.
§ Sir L. HealdIn my submission, it is not a drafting Amendment. Is is a thoroughly bad piece of English. We do not speak about the walls of this House and the roof hereof. We talk about the walls of this House and the roof thereof. I do not understand why the Amendment has been made.
