§ Mr. SpeakerI think that it would be convenient to discuss, at the same time, 460 Lords Amendment No. 14, in page 11, line 41, after "the" insert "child or".
§ Mr. Elystan MorganThe effect of both Amendments is to provide that, in the case of a child found guilty of an offence other than murder, an order may be made as for a young person.
