Second, could he also make a very clear statement to the nation on what he proposes in the way of further action to deal with industrial stoppages which are causing so much anxiety to the public?

Member for Banbury (Mr. Marten) can offer for cancelling the arrangements which I made a long time ago is to make the kind of broadcast that he suggested, I can tell him that I have no intention, at this or at any other time, of announcing the dropping of policies which are so valuable to the nation.
