asked the Minister of Public Building and Works when he expects to receive the report of the Forbes Committee on the Registration of Builders.

I hope that the report will be available early in 1971.

Mr. Shaw

When the report is ready, will the right hon. Gentleman confirm that he will judge its conclusions without the admitted bias towards registration that has already been shown by his predecessor?

Mr. Silkin

The great thing about my predecessor was that he never showed bias at all. I think we had better await the report.
