§ Mr. MoonmanI am sure that my right hon. Friend will appreciate that there was great excitement when the initial announcement was made in the Queen's Speech. Will he now say, very briefly, which Government Department will be responsible for co-ordinating and 632 operating the service as presented by Seebohm? This is a simple but nevertheless essential question.
§ Mr. CrossmanThat is a matter for later consideration. The Prime Minister explained how the Home Secretary and I, jointly, would conduct the Bill through the House.
