§ Sir E. ErringtonWill the hon. Gentleman say, when this trial census has been completed, when it has been examined and when the information required has been obtained, whether it will be destroyed?
§ Mr. EnnalsCertainly the experience that will be gained will not be destroyed. After all, the main purpose of this Test Census is to formulate a suitable list of questions presented in a way which can be understood and satisfactorily answered by the public. This test will enable us to produce the best possible results for the 1971 census.
