I beg to move Amendment No. 119, in page 86, line 27, leave out "means postage charged" and insert: (except in the expression 'duties of postage'), means postage chargeable". This is a drafting Amendment. The expression "duties of postage" occurs in Clause 118. The reference there is to postage charged by the Postmaster-General, not by the new Corporation.
