1116 In Committee the hon. Member for Leicester, South-West (Mr. Tom Boardman) queried the width of the definition of "mail-bag" in the Clause. He wondered whether it might include, for instance, a Post Office worker's tool chest. We have had another look at this and think that the definition will be improved by the addition of the words in the Amendment.
