I beg to move Amendment No. 5, in page 5, line 2, leave out 'sections 2 and' and insert 'section'.

With this Amendment we can discuss the two following Government Amendments, No. 6 and No. 7.

The three Amendments will delete from Clause 4 references to Section (2) of the Commonwealth Telegraphs Act, 1949, which has been repealed by the Commonwealth Telecommunications Act, 1968. The repeal took effect on 1st April, 1969.

Amendment agreed to.

Futher Amendments made: No. 6, in page 5, line 3, leave out from '1949' to provisions'.
