§ Mr. SlaterThe three Amendments will delete from Clause 4 references to Section (2) of the Commonwealth Telegraphs Act, 1949, which has been repealed by the Commonwealth Telecommunications Act, 1968. The repeal took effect on 1st April, 1969.
§ Amendment agreed to.
§ Futher Amendments made: No. 6, in page 5, line 3, leave out from '1949' to provisions'.
