asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will now introduce legislation to amend the Import Duties (Temporary Exemptions) (No. 6) Order, 1968 in order to meet the criticisms made by the Select Committee on Statutory Instruments.

An order to this effect was made on 11th March (S.I., 1969, No. 315).

Will the Minister take it that that development will be welcomed?
