§ The Prime MinisterIt was agreed that these exchanges should be confidential, but certainly no ultimatum has been received, nor have we received anything which remotely suggests an acceptance of the terms put forward on board H.M.S. "Fearless". As time goes on more hon. Members even than before will begin to wonder whether anyone who cannot accept the "Fearless" terms must be, in their hearts, moving towards a racialist solution.
