§ Mr. BoardmanDid not that statement show that the forecast of public expenditure was the same as in the National Plan, and that the growth projected in the National Plan over five years has not been maintained? How, therefore, does the right hon. Gentleman justify this rate of public expenditure?
§ Mr. JenkinsThat question was asked about three times when I made my statement to the House two weeks ago, and was also answered three times. It does not bear relationship to the period that is being dealt with here, which is the next year and the year beyond that, where quite different figures are given.
