§ The Secretary of State for the Home Department (Mr. James Callaghan)There are at present 86 police officers and two civilian technicians on Anguilla. 670 Sixty-nine police officers and one civilian have returned from Anguilla to duty with the Metropolitan police.
§ Mr. MartenIn view of the number of policemen in Anguilla, will the Home Secretary say how many people have been arrested for murder and arson, which were two reasons given by the Foreign Secretary for the invasion of Anguilla? Secondly, what progress is being made in training the Anguillan police force?
