HC Deb 22 July 1969 vol 787 c1673

Considered in Committee.

[Mr. SYDNEY IRVING in the Chair]

Mr. Graham Page (Crosby)

On a point of order. Would you be good enough, Mr. Irving, to accept manuscript Amendments on this occasion?

The Chairman

I was about to say that I have received some manuscript Amendments. If it would help the Committee, I would say that the first I have accepted is on Clause 4. I will therefore put the first three Clauses together and we can proceed to the first Amendment.

Clauses 1 to 3 ordered to stand part of the Bill.
