It may help hon. Members if I remind them that for the debate on Wednesday next, on the Second Reading of the Consolidated Fund Bill, they may hand in to my office their names and the topics that they wish to raise by ten o'clock on Tuesday morning.

The Ballot will be as last time, for name plus topic, and an hon. Member may hand in only his own name and his own topic. I shall put out the result of the Ballot later on Tuesday, 22nd July.
