§ Bill to permit marriages on unlicensed premises; and for purposes connected therewith, presented accordingly, and read the First time; to be read a Second time Tomorrow and to be printed. [Bill 191.]
§ Mrs. EwingOn a point of order. I have no opposition to the Bill, Sir. It seems to be an excellent one in every respect. § Mr. SpeakerNow that the hon. Member for St. Albans (Mr. Goodhew) has been given leave to bring in his Bill, it is a matter that the hon. Lady may discuss with him privately—and with the Archbishop of Canterbury, if necessary.
