I thought that that would be the position. This matter will be discussed after the Private Bill, when the Solicitor-General will conduct the matter. It will be of great interest to the House after the Private Business is completed, and at that stage the changes that we seek to make in the Legal Aid Scheme, both north and south of the Border, will be fully outlined to an attentive House—
