The following Motion stood upon the Order Paper in the name of Mr. EMRYS HUGHES. That leave be given to bring in a Bill to amend the Civil List Act, 1952, to deny to the Prince of Wales at the age of majority the net revenues of the Duchy of Cornwall.

The whole House will, I am sure, wish me to say how much we regret the reason why the hon. Member for South Ayrshire (Mr. Emrys Hughes) is not here to move his Motion, which, therefore, falls.
