asked the Secretary of State for Defence whether he has completed his review of present practice regarding the publication of military aircraft accident statistics; and if he will make a statement.

I hope to be in a position to make a statement in the near future.

Mr. Onslow

Is the hon. Gentleman aware that he should have been able to make a statement by now?

Mr. Reynolds

Generally I would rather have all the facts before making a decision.
