Friend recall the recommendation of the Fulton Committee that an inquiry into the Official Secrets Act, which results in the limitation of debate on very important national issues, should be instituted very soon?
§ The Prime MinisterYes, Sir; I take my hon. Friend's point. He will be aware of a statement I made in a speech outside the House about a month ago. We are studying this question very urgently at the moment. I hope to be able to say something about it fairly soon.
