Queen's Recommendation having been signified

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the law relating to the age of majority, to persons who have not attained that age and to the time when a particular age is attained, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase in the sums payable under the Legal Aid and Advice Act 1949 out of moneys so provided which is attributable to provisions of the said Act of the present Session relating to the use of blood tests for the purpose of determining the paternity of any person in civil proceedings.—[Mr. Grey.]
