Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to increase the jurisdiction of county courts and to amend the County Courts Act, 1959, and to make further provision with respect to miscellaneous matters, including pension rights and related matters in connection with certain judicial offices, and the stipend and fees of the Chancellor of the County Palatine of Durham, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any sums so payable under or in consequence of any provision of the said Act of the present Session, and of any increase attributable to any provision of that Act in the sums so payable under any other enactment;

  2. (2) the payment out of the Consolidated Fund of any sums so payable under or in consequence of any provision of that Act, and of any increase attributable to any provision of that Act in the sums so payable under any other enactment;
  3. (3) the payment into the Consolidated Fund of any sums so payable under or in consequence of any provision of that Act.—[The Attorney-General.]
