§ The Joint Under-Secretary of State for the Home Department (Mr. Merlyn Rees)I beg to move,
That the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, extending section 1 of the Sunday Entertainments Act 1932 to the Urban District of Burnham-on-Crouch, a copy of which was laid before this House on 27th November, be approved.I believe that it would be the wish of the House for this to be taken formally, but if there is need for explanation I will willingly give it.
