Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make certain amendments to the law relating to roads and streets in Scotland, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of—

  1. (a) any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State under the said Act of the present Session, and
  2. (b) any increase attributable to the provisions of that Act in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under any other enactment.—[Dr. Dickson Mabon.]
