If he feels unable to do something about the matter this year, would he seriously consider studying how, for next year at any rate, he can produce measures from his Department to even out the difference between summer and winter sales?
§ Mr. JenkinsAs my hon. Friend will be aware from answers which I gave to supplementary questions on Question No. 7, I do not entirely accept his premise. 1281 But for next year I will carefully consider what he has said as well as other representations.
