§ Mr. MellishI have close contact with the industry and if such problems exist the industry will tell me. There is another side to this question. The Construction Industry Training Board wanted to set up a scaffolding course. I should have thought that was a simple enough proposition, but it had to consult over 20 different organisations before it could get it off the ground.
