Motion made, and Question,
That, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the practice of the House relating to the matters which may be included in Finance Bills, provision may be made in any Finance Bill of the present Session for adding to the employments to which section 1 of the Selective Employment Payments Act 1966 applies in respect of which selective employment premium is payable if that provision is made solely by way of amendment of the definition of Standard Industrial Classification in section 10(1) of that Act by substituting for the reference to the 1963 edition of that Classification a reference to the 1968 edition thereof or by way of the amendment of the definition of non-qualifying
